I personally consider the united kingdom as a stage 4 country they
boast a high stable population because for one they have a great life expectancy. They also have developed technology and medical knowledge. Almost all of their population even women obtain a full primary education. A educated population helps with technology so that is why they are so stable their low death rate which is below their birth rate keeps their head well above water and because they have a great food supply they are in it to win it. |
