Djibouti is a lot like Congo in that I also would consider it a
stage 2 country. Less than 40 percent finish a primary education only 13 out of 1000 people have a cell phone. They sport a very low life expectancy, of about most people fall over dead before 60 which is mainly because they lack a lot in technology such as cell phones and cars. Maybe if they had more people than 40% getting a primary education they would be smarter and would be able to develop better technology and better medical knowledge. |
