I would consider Congo to be a stage 2 country because they have a terrible low life expectancy most people will kick the bucket before age 60! Also they have a drastically high infant mortality rate yet most women tend to have 5 children. They are also technologically behind not many have cars or cell phones their health and medical knowledge is very limited and less than 80 percent of them finish a primary education.
